Jenna is Altura’s creative mind, and our daily motivation to challenge the status quo. She graduated from Oxford Brookes University with a masters’ degree in International Marketing and brings over a decade of client services and branding experience. Jenna leads our Account Management division, which covers all appointments that fall outside our specialist areas. She is extremely passionate about great customer service and is always pushing us to deliver our best.

Outside of work, Jenna likes to move houses a lot, which keeps her quite busy. She loves interior design and renovating properties, and when she’s not doing this, you can find her frolicking along the River Thames or scrolling through Rightmove.
